Funded legal aid 'pro bono' 

 

If you fall below a certain income limit or are in custody, you may be eligible for free legal assistance. If that is the case, the lawyer will apply for a so-called 'addition' on your behalf from the Legal Aid Board. The Legal Aid Board then determines the amount of the personal contribution that you must pay to the office based on your income.

Hourly rate or Fixed Price

 

If the application for an addition is rejected and/or you are not eligible for an addition or if you waive the option for funded legal assistance, Mateo Diaz Law Firm charges an hourly rate of € 200.00. up to €235 per hour excluding VAT (21%). 

 

If the nature and size of the case permits, a fixed price agreement is also possible.
